With its low-rise buildings, open-air floor plans, and lush gardens, every corner of the hotel was a delight to behold. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the accessibility of the common areas, which made it easy for me to navigate and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The only thing I would have asked for to enhance the vacation experience for seniors was a bit more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite and friendly, having a dedicated team to cater to the needs of senior guests would have been wonderful.

The rooms were well furnished and themed and had a stunning view of the beach. The location was exceptionally nice, 20 km to Phuket airport, perfectly reachable.

The personnel, including the assistant front desk manager, are welcoming and exceptional. the room is always beautifully maintained and new-fashioned. - the breakfast in the café is varied and excellent.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and our room was top-notch with a beautiful design. The location was peaceful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I tried the massage and it was probably the best that I've had. All staff were well trained and knew what they were doing, very professional. Excellent!!

The resort is quite remote with not much in the local vicinity. Even if you catch a taxi you have to travel quite far to a restaurant and it becomes quite expensive. The menus are limited in choice so if you stay there for a period of time you would tire of the available food in the restaurants.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The sea view on the beach is very good though it is true for most hotel located in Mai Khao.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious resort. This place is nestled in a secluded area and is conveniently located near the airport. The stunning beach and natural surroundings make it a perfect location for a peaceful getaway. The staff at this venue were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent service throughout our stay. The room service was efficient and the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe, added to our comfort. The spacious sitting area and comfortable bed made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. The outdoor swimming pool and beautiful garden area provided a refreshing and serene atmosphere. The spa and wellness center was a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus.
